Complaints (representative program)

The purpose of this form is to provide an opportunity for participants to make complaints or provide feedback in a constructive, non-confrontational manner.

The results of this form will be visible only to the member of the Conflict Resolution Team that you elect to have your complaint heard by. Copies of the submitted form are not held on our servers.

After discussion with you, your selected member of the conflict resolution team may discuss and agree on a course of action with one other member of the conflict team.

SNV will maintain confidentiality where requested, however where complaints include participants under the age of 18 years we also have legal obligations to uphold.
